REFUGIO COUNTY
AGRICULTURAL WATER USE SURVEY
REFUGIO GROUNDWATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT


Refugio Groundwater Conservation District (RGCD) is studying the possibility of damage
and curtailment of springs, streams and artesian wells in the county resulting from
the potential pumping of large amounts of water for export from the Gulf Coast Aquifer.

RGCD wishes to quantify this condition and is asking landowners in Refugio County
to evaluate these items on their property. Please answer the following questions
and return this form to RGCD by May 21, 2004.
- You may mail your responses to P. O. Box 116 Refugio, TX 78377,
- deliver them in person to 808 Commerce St. Monday through Friday
between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm
- email them to refugio@rgcd.org
- give them to one of the Directors.
