A person intending to file for candidacy for the office of Director of the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District is required to to submit a completed Application for a Place on the Ballot for a General Election with the Refugio Groundwater Conservation District at P.O. Box 116, Refugio, TX 78377 during August of the year of the election. A candidate must be a registered voter who has resided in the precinct for 6 months and in the state for one year.
